A pleasant slightly rustic sencha from Isagawa. For this tea, Mr. Suzuki used only leaves of the Yabukita cultivar with a more pronounced roasting, known as "hire." The result is a pleasant sencha with a gentle sweetness accompanied by nutty undertones. The plantation is situated at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level.

Light and soft sencha, with initial notes of roasted white fish, somewhat herbal, moving on to notes of dried fruits (untoasted walnuts), somewhat mineral and cooked vegetables, a slight aftertaste of citrus (lemon and yuzu) appears in the second infusion. Recommended for its lightness.
