Brewing Instructions for Gyokuro Tezumi Imperial (Shibori-dashi Method)
Serving: 6 grams of tea per 30-50ml of water
Infusion:

First Infusion: Pour water at 35°C (95°F) over the tea leaves. Steep for two minutes, then drain the tea liquor completely.

Second Infusion: Pour water at the same temperature over the tea leaves again. Immediately drain the tea liquor.

Subsequent Infusions: Gradually increase the water temperature and steeping time for each subsequent infusion (approximately 7 infusions in total). Continue until the flavors have fully developed and the tea has reached its peak.

- Use the highest quality water possible to fully appreciate the exquisite flavors of Tezumi.
- The recommended number of infusions is a guideline; adjust the number and duration of infusions based on your personal preferences.
