Matcha Zen, is the masterpiece of "gyokuro guru" Master Sakamoto. Grown on a plantation that has been organic for 40 years. Shaded for a month and ground traditionally in a stone mill. Made only from the Seimei cultivar, incredibly delicious with an amazing texture. Probably the best matcha on the planet. An explosion of flavour and endless complexity of flavours. 

Like all of Master Sakamoto's matcha, Zen matcha is made from his gyokuro. Shiage and milling took place in April 2021.  

If the price seems high, just recalculate the cost per chawan and realize that money can't buy anything better, at least not on this earth.
