With all of our teas, we strive to make the packaging match the contents as closely as possible - and no other tea than Fukamushi Midori deserves to proudly bear a picture of the most famous woodcut by the master Hokusai.
Just as the Wave of Kanagawa drew its power from the depths of the ocean, the place where life originated, so you, when you drink this premium sencha, will experience the wave of energy coming through the tea leaves, flooding every cell of your body with this primal energy.
Where others teamakers use lower quality leaves to make fukamushi, Tamiko Kinezuka has decided to go in the opposite direction and shatter the stereotype with her mastery. The result is a delicious sencha that is distinctly velvety in taste. Thanks to the deep steaming, the flavours, tein and nutrients are better extracted.

Tento čaj letos za mě velké zklamání. Mdlý nálev bez chuti i vůně. Bohužel lépe hodnotit nelze.

Silná a vybalancovaná chuť s veľmi príjemne intenzívnou dlhou dochuťou.
Moja obľúbená príprava:
1. nálev: 80 stupňov – 1 min.
2. nálev: 85 stupňov – 15 sek.
3. nálev: 85 stupňov – 2 min.

Tato sencha je jemným základem pro líná pracovní dopoledne a odpoledne. Uklidňuje jak její vůně, tak chuť (čichání do lékovky během dne se stává uklidňujícím rituálem, její vůně je opravdu k nezaplacení).
Je robustnější než "klasická" sencha, co jsem zatím zkoušela, chuť je konkrétnější, mezi senchami jednoznačně na první ochutnání rozpoznatelná. Čaj je sladký, trpkost se téměř nevyskytuje.
